Studio Policy
Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, the RENTER (Lessee) agrees to the following terms established by Secret Art Studios LLC (OWNER/Lessor).

Artis De La Ghetto in deep focus, eyes fixed on a video that speaks volumes. Witness the intersection of art and technology through his gaze.

RATES & BOOKING

  • Standard Rental Rate: $125 per hour.

  • Minimum Booking: 2 hours ($250).

  • Hourly Capacity: Standard hourly bookings are limited to a maximum of 10 people total on-site.

  • Guarantee: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & OVERTIME

  • 48-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance to retain credit; otherwise, the fee/credit is forfeited.

  • Wrap Policy: You must be COMPLETELY wrapped (gear, trash, wardrobe) by your end time.

  • Overtime Fees: 10+ mins over results in an automatic 1-hour charge ($125/hr).

  • Cleaning Fee: Studio must be returned in original condition. A $250 Professional Cleaning Fee applies if the studio is left in disarray or requires specialized resetting.

STUDIO RULES & CONDUCT

  • Cyc Wall Safety: STRICTLY PROHIBITED to stand on the curve of the Cyclorama wall.

  • Environment: No smoking/vaping, no parties, and no illegal drugs. Doors must remain SHUT and LOCKED.

  • Noise: Activity must not disturb neighboring tenants. Music/sound must comply with local noise ordinances.

  • Prohibitions: No hazardous materials. No offensive or discriminatory productions. No entry to "Staff Only" areas.

  • Access: Must be 18+; minors require adult supervision.

LIABILITY, DAMAGE & INSURANCE

  • Damage: RENTER is responsible for full repair/replacement costs for any damage beyond "normal wear and tear."

  • Insurance: OWNER’S insurance does not cover RENTER’S personal property. RENTER uses the space at their own risk.

  • Indemnity: RENTER holds Secret Art Studios LLC harmless for any injury, theft, or loss arising from usage of facilities or equipment.

RIGHTS & REMEDIES

  • Surveillance: Studio is under 24-hour video surveillance.

  • Right of Entry: OWNER may enter and inspect the premises at any time.

  • Collections: RENTER agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney fees and interest at 1.5% per month for any unpaid balances.
