Transparency is a core value at Secret Art Studios. Our rates are all-inclusive of the space, standard equipment, and amenities. However, please be aware of the following: • Overtime: If your shoot exceeds your scheduled block, additional time is billed at $125 per hour. • Cleaning Fee: If the studio is left in disarray or requires specialized resetting, a $250 Professional Cleaning Fee will be applied.

To guarantee your reservation and maintain our production schedule, we require payment in full at the time of booking. Our policy is as follows: • 48+ Hours Notice: You are eligible for a full refund. • 24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee. • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable, and the full booking fee is forfeited. • Late Arrivals: Your booking period begins at the scheduled reservation time. If you arrive late and need to extend past your scheduled end time, it will be billed at our standard $125/hr overtime rate.

The studio is available for bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to create whenever inspiration strikes.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring any personal or rented gear into the studio at no additional charge. We can even assist with the coordination of equipment drop-offs and pick-ups from third-party rental houses.

No elevator is necessary. We are located on the ground level for easy access. We suggest utilizing the street parking directly in front of our entrance for seamless loading and unloading.

There is ample free street parking located directly in front of the studio.

For an elite experience, a Personal Chef is available upon request to prepare healthy, on-site meals. For standard delivery, most clients utilize Uber Eats or DoorDash.

To maintain our production standards, we require a 2-hour minimum on all studio rentals. You are not required to use the full duration, but the minimum fee remains the same.

For standard hourly rentals, we allow a maximum of 10 people on-site. If you have a larger production crew, please contact us for a custom quote.

Our hourly rentals are "Space Only." However, if you need a dedicated camera operator or lighting tech for a standard rental, please inquire about our current crew rates.
