Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Courses: Cancellations are upon request to Secret Art Studios, and with maximun 48 hours before the course/class starts. Please contact 407-861-6691 if you would like to cancel the course. Money will not be returned to the student, but Secret Art Studios can accommodate the student with an online pre-recorded class, or with booking time for future productions. Classes will be recorded for the students. If any student can’t assist to the session, he/she can always watch the class online. The student will have the option to choose between 2 available days of the month for grupal practice in Secret Art Studios. These days are upon studio availability. The content of this course can not be shared or sold. Any attempts to resell, share or divulge the Information or material of the course, will be penalized. For bookings: We Require Payment Up Front To Book The Studio. If You Cancel More Than 48 Hours Before The Start Of The Booking You Will Receive A Full Refund. If You Cancel Less Than 48 Hours Before The Start Of The Booking You Will Receive A 50% Refund. We Do Not Issue Refunds For Cancellations Within 24 Hours Of The Booking. Bookings Start At The Time Of The Reservation. If You Arrive Late And Need To Extend Your Booking Past The Scheduled End Time, That Will Count As Overtime.
