Elite Environment. Endless Possibilities. Rent our 2,000+ sq. ft. facility, featuring 10 versatile sets designed for high-end photography, film, and digital content. This is a "Space Only" rental for creators who want total control over their production in a professional atmosphere. Rate: $125 per hour Minimum: 2-hour booking ($250) Capacity: Rate includes up to 3 people total. Includes: Access to all 10 sets and basic house lighting. Cancellation Policy
For bookings: To secure your studio booking, payment is required upfront. Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking. Cancellations within 48-24 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours. The booking period starts at the reserved time, and late arrivals or extensions will incur an overtime fee. Thank you for your understanding.
